I presented 3 H&Ps total, the first being in the first two weeks of my rotation and the remaining two being in the last week of my rotation. I had gotten the feedback to try to improve my plan and to pick a patient with labs and imaging that are not pending but rather have the results ready and available. I was able to partially implement that into my last two H&Ps as some of those patients results were back which helped me narrow down my differentials and write a more detailed and directed plan. I also presented a journal article on Low dose CT screening relating to one of my patients who we had believed had lung cancer. It was interesting to learn and hear how new this screening test is and to understand further why not every provider will be adapting it in practice as of yet. Lastly, I presented my 10 drug cards on drugs that I saw in the rotation but wanted to further my knowledge on. Overall, I learned a lot and took the advice from my site evaluator and began implementing it into my work afterwards.
